Hallo ihr, leider haben meine fliederfarbenen Kerzen - die leider nicht lichtecht sind Verfärbungen und sind auf der einen Seite grau geworden. Ich habe sie nicht in der Sonne oder ähnlich gehabt. Aber aber auf einem Esstisch wo natürlich auch mal Licht und Sonne rein scheint. Und ich mag die Farbe so. Könntet ihr mir da bitte entgegenkommen. Hab schon so viel bei euch bestellt. Sie sind stilecht und haben eine sehr bezaubernde Flamme. Wie eine echte Kerze. Auch das Wachs ist wunderschön 🤩
Schlechte Qalität der Deckel der Kerzen
Ich finde eure Kerzen sind die besten am Markt. Ich habe bereits diverse Stumpenkerzen. Was mich an den Schlangenkerzen stört ist, dass das unterste Stück weiss ist. Das sieht in Glasständern doof aus. Was auch toll wäre, wäre ein Idee, wie man die Kerzen in der Breite anpassen kann. Meine haben sehr gewackelt. Hab mir mit Tesa geholfen, aber schön ist das nicht.

De kaarsen werken prima maar in elke doos zat een kaars met haarscheuren, ze zijn heel kwetsbaar, Je ziet deze scheuren wel zitten en dat is niet mooi
Die Stabkerzen waren leider sehr vermackt bei der Lieferung, wie man auf dem Foto sieht. Da sie aber ansonsten sehr schön sind und gut funktionieren, haben wir sie behalten und uns mit den Macken abgefunden.
Vi var 15 personer på julafton. Det var många levande ljus som tillsammans med gästerna gjorde att rumstemperaturen steg så pass mycket att jag inte kunde tända ljusen i lampkronan. Därför bestämde jag mig för att beställa ljusen från er. Så nära känslan av levande ljus man kan komma och ändå behålla en behaglig inomhustemperatur.

Die Kerze sieht wirklich richtig echt aus und leuchtet sehr schön. Der Farbton gefällt mir auch sehr gut.
Vi er super tilfredse. Vi har fyldt vores lejlighed med Jeres lys og har også udendørs på altanen. Ny ordre er netop afgivet på 2 bloklys til piet HEIN gulvlysestager. Men vi har desværre også en klage vi ikke har fået gjort noget ved. Vi købte i november 4x 6 lys til juletræ. Og de lyser fantastisk. Men kvaliteten er jammerlig. To lys er ødelagt i forbindelse med batteriskifte. Det er mere end svært at undgå at ødelægge den skrøbelige indmad ved batteriskifte. Venlig hilsen Bo Hansen

Aehr schönes Licht
Hele fijne led kaarsen, al vele hiervan in huis. Heeeeel jammer dat de zwarte niet werken op de afstandsbediening. Had ik graag vooraf willen weten. Nu gebruik ik deze zwarte gelukkig alleen voor advent/kerst tijd. Dus handmatig aan en uit zetten is van korte duur. De vele andere kaarsen in huis gaan gelukkig op de tijden aan en uit die is ingeregeld middels de afstandsbediening.
Die Kerzen haben ein schönes natürliches Licht.
